As part of our endeavor to be a one stop shop for our customer, we have an in house rental division which takes care of the leasing of the premises of our customers. We can identify the right tenants for you, show them your premise, negotiate the rentals, draw up tenancy agreements, hand over the flat, collect your monthly rental cheque in your absence and deposit the same in your account in Cochin. We also arrange apartments for our customers, be it for couple of months or for a longer period.
